Tickets are only valid for the date purchased and guests will be turned away if they arrive on the wrong date should we be at capacity. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.
TICKET CHANGE POLICY:
You may request to change the date of your ticket, pending availability of new date. Requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected]. Same day change requests will not be honored, 24-hours notice is required. There is no guarantee of availability for changes as you are only guaranteed the date you reserved at time of purchase. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.
FORCED CLOSURE / INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
DeBuck’s Family Farm is NOT a rain-or-shine facility. If it is sprinkling or just a brief shower the farm will be open. If you have purchased tickets and the farm has to close due to the weather you will have the opportunity to choose another day. We will send you a coupon code and you will use that to choose another day.
COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By signing and completing my purchase, I allow DeBuck’s Family Farm to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.
On occasion we will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to DeBuck's Corn Maze, Inc. grants full permission for the use of these images.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales final - NO refunds. Should DeBuck’s Family Farm be forced to close, FOR ANY REASON, then a ticket voucher credit will be issued to the purchaser which may be used towards a future visit(s) during the current season.
